The jury awarded plaintiff $10,000 general damages and $3,500 punitive damages, and the court, Carroll E. Larson, Judge, ordered judgment accordingly. Defendant appealed from the judgment entered and from an order denying his motion to vacate the judgment and grant him a new trial.
