CROCKETT, Chief Justice. Richard H. Holder sued Ruth R. Holder for annulment of marriage on the ground that she fraudulently induced him to enter it by representing that she was pregnant with his child. Defendant counterclaimed for divorce, alimony, support money for the infant child born August 13, 1957, and for other relief. The trial court found for the plaintiff. Defendant appeals.
